Not only being a first time homebuyer but also a first time renovator Lagniappe Builders could not have made the process easier! We were on a very tight deadline moving out of our rental and the renovations were completed exactly when Stephen promised. "We found Lagniappe Builders from the Porch.com site. We were looking for a contractor for a streamline 203(k) project (which requires a lot of paperwork upfront on the contractor) which involved addressing many things in a house needing some TLC, a complete kitchen gut, and changing the home to an open concept. The service and quality of work was outstanding from the get-go. I called Stephen, and he even offered to come out the same day to do a walk through and review the project. When reviewing the project and creating the estimate, they were thorough and reasonable.
